Overview
The 2004 Outlander retutns this year with very little changes and is available in the LS and XLS models in either front-wheel or all-wheel drive. All models come equipped with a 2.4L engine mated to a four-speed automatic Sportronic transmission. The Sportronic transmission can operate in a fully automatic mode, or can actuate clutchless shifts. All models offer power door locks and windows, dual visor vanity mirrors, and European side marker lamps. The XLS adds a tubular roof rack, keyless remote entry, privacy glass, and aluminum alloy wheels, which are available as options on the LS. The XLS Luxury Package adds heated leather seating, auto dimming mirrors, outside temperature reading, heated mirrors, and side impact air bags.
