Overview
The Focus sedan returns as a carryover vehicle available in three models, LX, SE, and ZTS. Previously only released in limited states, the low-emissions PZEV engine is now available nationally, as well as being standard in California, Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, and Maine. Also new for 2004, the ZTS packages previously standard features in an optional package, the Sport Group. This package includes fog lights, 16-inch alloy wheels, tachometer, rear spoiler, sport moldings, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The LX offers a Convenience Group that adds cruise control and a steering wheel with both tilt and scope. Other options available include a four-speed automatic transmission, an alarm system, ABS brakes, and side impact airbags.
