Overview

The Focus hatchback returns as a carryover vehicle available in four models, ZX3, ZX5, SVT two-door, and SVT four-door. Previously only released in limited states, the low-emissions PZEV engine is now available nationally, as well as being standard in California, Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, and Maine. Also new for 2004, the ZX3 hatchback offers leather seats as an option. ZX3 and ZX5 models have three trim packages from which to select: Base, Comfort, and Premium Package. The Comfort Package adds air conditioning, a leather steering wheel, cruise control, fog lights, and an AM/FM stereo with a CD player able to read MP3's. SVT models offer a Cold Weather package with traction control, heated seats, and an engine block heater
