Overview
The 2004 A6 returns with minimal changes to the interior and exterior. It is available in seven models: 3.0 sedan, 3.0 Quattro sedan, 3.0 Avant wagon, 2.7T sedan with 6-speed, 2.7T sedan with Tiptronic transmission, 2.7T S-Line sedan and 4.2 sedan. The 2.7L Turbo V6 produces 250 horsepower and 258 lbs. ft. of torque and the 4.2L V8 boasts 300 horsepower and 295 lbs. ft. of torque. Optional features include the Audi Navigation System, an Infotainment Package with OnStar Telematics and a Bose premium sound system, and Rear Parktronic. The optional Premium Package includes a power sunroof, Xenon HID headlights, and mirror and driver's seat memory. The A6 2.7T S-Line replaces the A6 2.7T starting in January 2004.
