Overview
The Jaguar XK-Series is available in four models: XK8 and XKR in coupe and convertible body styles. XK8 models are powered by a 294 horsepower V8 engine, and XKR models feature a supercharged version of the same engine producing 390 horsepower and 399 lb.-ft. of torque. Both engines are coupled to a six-speed automatic transmission. New for 2004, the Handling Package, exlusive to the XKR coupe, features cross-drilled Brembo brakes, revised CATS damper settings, and re-tuned power steering. Optional red brake calipers are also available along the with Handling Package. Available options include a Vehicle Navigation system, Adaptive Speed Control, and new Recaro leather seat trim available on XKR models only.
