Overview
The Tahoe returns for 2004 with minimal changes to the interior and exterior. It is available in either 2WD or 4WD configurations and in LS or LT trim, or with the Z71 Off-Road trim package. Available features for this year include a rear entertainment system, XM Satellite Radio, and the StabiliTrak stability enhancement system. This system improves vehicle stability on various road surfaces at various speeds by maximizing handling and braking dynamics. Other standard safety items include daytime running lights, battery rundown protection, a PASSlock II theft deterrent system, and dual-level passenger-sensing airbags. Side impact airbags and an OnStar Communications System are also optional.
