Overview
The all-new R AWD joins the S60 trim list for 2004. Returning models include 2.4, upgraded engine 2.5T, 2.5T AWD, and T5. The new R features a 2.5L HP Turbo boasting 300hp and a standard six-speed manual transmission. Other R trim additions include bi-xenon headlights, 17-inch Pegasus Alloy wheels, a Four-C Chassis, soft leather sport bucket seats, a rear spoiler, and variable assist power steering. Packages available for the S60 include the Climate Package, Premium Package, Sport Package, and Touring Package. Bi-xenon headlights are now available optionally. Other options include an On-call communications system, a navigation system, the Audio Max sound system, a power glass moonroof, and dynamic stability and traction control.
