Overview
For 2004, Lexus releases the second generation RX 330, which is available in 2WD or 4WD configurations. Roomier than the model it replaces, the RX 330 features a new 3.3L V6 engine producing 230 horsepower. A new five-speed automatic transmission has also been added to the powertrain. Standard equipment has been enhanced with the addition of auto-dimming inside and outside mirrors, Homelink, 17-inch wheels, and an upgraded premium stereo with both cassette and CD player. Lexus has reconfigured its packaging, as well as added a host of new options. Available options include the Dynamic Laser Cruise Control system, Lexus Link, rain-sensing wipers, the Mark Levinson audio system, a multi-panel power moonroof, air suspension, and a power rear door.
