Overview
All new for this year, the GX 470 is the third and latest addition to the Lexus SUV line-up. It features full-time 4WD with center differential and is powered by a 4.7L 235-hp V-8 engine coupled to a five-speed automatic transmission. The GX470 is also equipped with Downhill Assist Control, Adaptive Height Control, a self-leveling suspension, Traction Control (TRAC) and Vehicle Skid Control (VSC). The GX 470 also boasts several luxury amenities that include automatic climate control, leather seating surfaces, a rear tonneau cover, 3rd row seating and a Mark Levinson six-disc in-dash audio system. Other standard items include a DVD entertainment /navigation system, homelink transmitter and body-color roof rack.
