Overview
The 2003 Hyundai Sonata is available in four models: Sonata, Sonata V6, Sonata GLS, and Sonata LX. All models can be equipped with either a standard five-speed manual transmission or an optional four-speed automatic. The Sonata is powered by a 2.4L 138-hp engine, whereas the Sonata V6, Sonata GLS, and Sonata LX are powered by a 2.7L V6 170-hp engine. Optional accessory packages include a power moonroof, an anti-lock brake system, front side air bags and power windows, mirrors, and locks. In addition, the Sonata LX accessory package includes carpeted floor mats, an electrochromic mirror and Homelink universal transmitter. Port installed options for all models include a trunk cargo net, mud guards, and sunroof wind deflector.
