Overview
The 2003 Jaguar XK is available in the following trimlines: XK8 and XKR. They are available in both coupe and convertible bodystyles. For 2003, the XK8 is powered by a 4.2L V8 300-hp engine, and the XKR is powered by a 4.2L V8 400-hp supercharged engine. The accessory packages of the XKR Coupe include an advanced technology feature called Computer Active Technology Suspension. All trimlines are coupled with a standard six-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. For added convenience, the XK-Series provides an optional Adaptive Speed Control system. This system senses the speed of vehicles ahead and then adjusts its speed accordingly. Other optional features available for all models include Xenon headlamps and a Navigation System.
