Intellichoice Review
BMW completely redesigned last years Z3 to make way for its new Z4 roadster. Available in two models, a 2.5 and 3.0, the Z4 has an all-new exterior look and boasts an increased cargo capacity of 9 cubic feet. Standard safety features include keyless entry remote, run-flat tires, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), front and side impact airbags, and an auto airbag deactivation switch for the passenger seat. The optional Sport Package includes a sport button, upgraded wheels and tires, and a sport suspension. Other options include heated seats, bi-xenon headlights, a premium sound system, metallic paint, and a Steptronic automatic transmission. A Sequential Manual Transmission Gearbox (SMG) will be available on both models in the spring of 2003.
