Overview
Volkswagen's popular Passat sedans are offered in the following trim levels: GL, GLS, GLX, and W8. New 2003 optional features include the eight-speaker Monsoon Sound System, a six-disc trunk mounted CD-changer, and the Electronic Stabilzation System. Safety features include driver and front passenger air bags and the LATCH child safety seat system. The optional Leather Package features a custom leather interior, heated front seats, and heated windshield washers. The W8 also offers a new Sport Package featuring a sport suspension and 17-inch wheels and tires. In addition, the V-6 Passats are available with Volkswagen's 4Motion all-wheel drive system when ordered with an automatic transmission.
