Overview
Changes to the 2003 Mercedes-Benz C-Class include the additions of the C320 Coupe and C230 sedan and standard manual transmissions for the C240 and C320. An Automatic transmission is optional for all models, except the C32 AMG. New interior wood trims are available for the C230 and C320 Coupe. Also new for the 2003 lineup is the addition of the optional 4MATIC all-wheel drive for the C240 and C320 sedans. The C32 AMG model continues to have a list of AMG performance enhancements, including an supercharged 349-hp engine, enhanced 5-speed automatic transmission with SpeedShift, sport-tuned suspension, enlarged ventilated and cross-drilled brakes, polished 17-inch staggered wheels, AMG-Designed body sculpting, and a complete AMG-Designed leather interior.
