Overview
Oldsmobile drops the V-6 model from the Aurora line-up to concentrate on the 4.0L V8 model. Previous standard equipment has now been grouped into two optional packages, the Passenger Comfort Package and the Convenience Package. These packages include features such as dual-zone automatic climate control, a Homelink universal remote, and rain-sensing front wipers. Additional options include 17-inch chrome-plated wheels, a power moonroof, heated seats, and White Diamond exterior paint. Sound systems can be upgraded by adding a Bose Premium eight-speaker system, or a 12-disc trunk-mounted CD changer. There are two new exterior colors 2003, Bordeaux Red and Steel Blue. A V-8 Collector Edition will be offered later in the model year.
