Overview

For 1999, the Saab 9-5 originally came in four models - 9-5, 9-5 V6, 9-5 SE and 9-5 SE V6. The 9-5 V6 Sedan was discontinued after August 24, 1998 and the Wagons were added in April of 1999. All vehicles are equipped with a refrigerated glove box and separate heating controls for driver and passenger as standard features. Daytime running headlights, side window defoggers, front and rear fog lights and side airbags are standard safety features. Standard on all models are AM/FM stereo with cassette and CD and a leather trimmed steering wheel, shift knob and parking brake. A leather bucket seats and a Harmon Kardon Audio system are all standard features on SE models. Optional features include a power glass (Std on SE) sunroof, an integrated child booster seat and heated front and rear seats.
