Overview

The C2500 Classic 2WD Pickup is available in three models: Heavy Duty Regular Cab, Heavy Duty Extended Cab and Crew Cab. All three models feature standard safety features such as an anti-lock braking system, daytime running lights, crush zones and intermittent windshield wipers. Also featured on all models is the optional SLT Premium Package which features luxury amenities such as leather trim, a power driver+s seat, a keyless entry system and an electrochromic rearview mirror with compass. Additional options include the SLE Package, the Deluxe Front Appearance Package, Cold Climate Package and Convenience Package. Changes for 1999 include cooling system improvements and a new starter motor for 5.7-liter engines.
