Overview
The Mustang line-up celebrates its 35th anniversary this year. The Cobra model is built by Ford+s Special Vehicle Team (SVT) and comes with many new enhancements. New standard features on the Cobra include leather sport bucket seats, a theft deterrent system and an AM/FM Cassette audio system. California Emissions equipment is now available at no charge. The exterior receives a restyled hood scoop, front/rear fascias, grille and insert headlamps and tail lamps. In addition to the upgraded features available on the coupe, the convertible has also gained rigidity from a new box section brace. Other improvements include a shorter turning diameter (35 feet) and a rear axle ratio of 3.27.
