Overview
The C2500 2WD Pickup is available in two models - regular cab and extended cab. Both models feature standard safety features such as an anti-lock braking system, Daytime Running lights and intermittent windshield wipers. Also featured on both models, the optional LS Premium Decor Group features luxury amenities such as leather trim, a power driver+s seat, a keyless entry system and an electrochromic rearview mirror with 8-point compass. Additional options include the LS Decor Group, the Bright Appearance Package and the Comfort and Convenience Package. Changes for 1999 include cooling system improvements, a new starter motor for 5.7-liter engines and the elimination of a catalytic converter on the 6.5-liter Turbo-diesel engine.
