Overview
The 1996 Astro Cargo Van is available as a two and four wheel drive model. New for 1996, all Vans feature dual airbags and a variety of new exterior colors. Standard features include air conditioning, headlights-on warning, black rubber floor mat and vinyl high back buckets. Other standard features include tinted glass for all glass surfaces, Scotchgard Fabric Protector and side window defrosters. Available options include a deluxe grill that includes chrome accents and halogen headlamps and heavy duty trailering equipment (weight distributing hitch platform and seven lead wiring harness). Other options include swing-out side and rear glass door, limited slip differential and rear heater. Metallic paint is available at no extra cost.
