Overview
The all new Grand Cherokee sport utility is built at the Jefferson North Assembly plant in Detroit, Michigan. The Grand Cherokee line is lead by the 5.9 Limited which has been positioned as the top of the line Jeep. With a new exterior and interior design the 5.9 Limited is the Flagship model. The new 5.9L V8 engine, which is the most powerful engine ever put in a Jeep, is paired to a new automatic four-speed transmission with overdrive. The 5.9 comes equipped with many new standard features, some of which are heated seats and 100% leather seats and trim. Also new is a rear seat armrest, a 180 watt sound system, a power sunroof and 16-inch Ultra Sparkle Silver aluminum wheels. Another new feature is a full size standard spare tire.
