Overview
The 1997 B-Series Pickups are available in seven models - B2300(Base), SE, SE Cab Plus and B4000 SE Cab Plus for 2WD, and B4000 (Base), Cab Plus and SE Cab Plus for 4WD. The B4000 has received a new five-speed automatic transmission. The passenger side air bag with a key operated deactivation switch is included in the SE-5 Plus Preferred Equipment Group. The 4WD offers shift-on-the-fly 4WD for ease of operation. The SE-5 receives alloy wheels, rear sliding window, air conditioning, bedliner and more.
