In addition to its luxury sedan, the Infiniti Q45 offers a premium model for 2003. Both models are powered by a 340-hp V8 engine and equipped with a five-speed automatic transmission. The luxury model has an optional Journey Package and its optional features include satellite radio and the17-inches run-flat tires. Standard features that only found in the premium model are intelligent cruise control, heated rear seats, climate-controlled front seats, and chrome wheels. Standard features for both models include cruise control, powered sunroof, leather seats, and HomeLink Universal Transceiver. Dual-stage air bags are a standard safety feature. The Infiniti Q45 comes with the Bose premium 300-watt audio system with AM/FM cassette and CD player.
