Overview
Toyota brings the Prius back totally redesigned with a brand new look and an expanded option list. New for 2004 is the Smart Keyless Entry system, which automatically unlocks the doors when you near the vehicle. Several other new options are being offered inlcuding a Homelink garage door opener, fog lights, high-intensity discharge (HID) headlights, a nine-speaker JBL premium sound system, and a rear intermittent windshield wiper. Joining the list of post production options (PPO) for this year are an auto day/night mirror and rear bumper appliques. Option package can be selected with equipment such as a GPS navigation system, side impact airbags, a security alarm, vehicle skid traction control, and a six-disc CD changer.
