Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Awards
Announcing the winners of IntelliChoice's 11th annual ranking of Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) manufacturer-sponsored programs. Overall, Volvo took the top ranking for the third straight year among Luxury manufacturers, while Volkswagen holds its title for six straight years as best Non-Luxury program (in a mathematical tie with MINI). The biggest change this year was Kia, which moved into the top five ranking for Non-Luxury programs. The results were announced at the 2010 National Remarketing Conference & Used Car Expo, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Certified pre-owned vehicle programs are rated according to the inspection lists, warranties, title verification, availability of special financing roadside assistance benefits, and return/exchange policies to determine those that offer the most benefits to the consumer.
