Fuel Efficient Cars
Convenient Truth?

We recently released April's Top Ten Searched Cars on IntelliChoice.com, and the results are encouraging. Six out of the ten are what you would consider to be among the more fuel efficient on the market or within their respective classes.
To be fair, this is not a huge shock as I believe the average IntelliChoice reader is way above average. You found IntelliChoice because you believe as much in our logo as we do - "Choose Your Car Wisely." And wise choices are not always popular or exciting but they pay big dividends over time.

The average U.S. driver keeps their car roughly 3 to 4 years before the urge to 'trade-in' becomes too strong. This is understandable as the U.S. market continues to evolve towards the European model of too many vehicle choices from too many manufacturers (don't forget that the Chinese manufacturers are coming!). But the result is a wonderful degree of choice that reinvents itself several times in a decade. And since many of us are taking longer and longer loans to pay for our choices, we better choose wisely.
That is why the fuel-efficient angle on the vehicles that you are studying is so refreshing. You are looking to vote for change with your vehicle dollars, and I applaud you.
