2007 Bentley Azure Auto Show Photo

Bentley revealed its convertible intentions with the Arnage Drophead Coupe concept shown at the Los Angeles Auto Show in January 2005, and the Azure brings them to production-ready life at Frankfurt. Nestled in an expensive neighborhood alongside Lamborghini, Bentley quietly unveiled its pampering convertible. Filling a product gap left by the previous 1995-2002 convertible, the Azure becomes the Bentley flagship. While it shares an exterior in common with the current Arnage range, the interior has been significantly redesigned for this application, focused on providing a rich cabin for four. The complex folding soft-top works on hydraulics, and the transformation takes less than 30 seconds. The hefty car is powered by a twin-turbo V-8 that produces 450-hp. Details of market availability and pricing will be released nearer the Azure's on-sale date.
