2007 International MXT Pickup Auto Show Photo

International rounds out its XT truck line with the MXT, the smallest (if you can call something like this small) in the line, which includes the CXT and RXT. The 2007 International MXT truck shown at the 2006 Chicago Auto Show is built for people with heavy-duty towing needs and those who want to make a statement with their trucks. While the RXT can be used for fifth-wheel towing, the MXT is the sportier model. It’s powered by International's VT365 V-8 diesel engine, with 300 horsepower and 530 pound-feet of torque, backed by an Allison 2200 RDS five-speed automatic. The International MXT, only offered as a crew cab, has a payload capacity of 4000 pounds and can tow up to 16,000 pounds. While the cab is already fitted with several creature comforts, items such as DVD navigation, Sirius Satellite Radio, and rear-seat DVD entertainment are available. Base prices will range from $69,900 to $85,000.
