2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV Auto Show Photo

Not long after the short-wheelbase versions hit the market, the longer-wheelbase GMT900 Cadillacs enter the market. This means the king-size 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV, Caddy’s top dog, should be on the market by the fall of 2006 as a 2007 model. Look for the ESV to share many of the same Escalade upgrades and improvments but is 21-inches longer and comes with a standard third-row seat. Likewise, the ESV adds a second 8-inch flip-down screen DVD system for third-row passengers and an individually tuned sound system. ESV models can carry more weight and tow bigger trailers with its higher GVW ratings. Look for an all-new set of 22-inch wheel options to choose from. We expect pricing to start in the low $60,000 range and move up quickly. Platinum Editions will continue and offer special interior packaging and leather choices. Look for those models to add a $10,000 premium.
