Nissan Micra C+C Auto Show Photo

First shown as a concept at the 2002 Paris Motor Show, the Micra C+C races for production as a pocket-sized urban convertible. Its key trick is the retractable hardtop that is novel not only in this size and price class, but truly unique with its use of glass. Top up or down, the driver can enjoy a very open motoring experience. The roof was developed in conjunction with top maestros Karmann. Powered by a base 1.4L engine, the C+C boasts 42.8 mpg, though the 1.6L would be more entertaining. Reasonably well equipped with a raft of traditional power accoutrements, the C+C is destined to be an urban fashion accessory in Europe, available in nine vibrant colors.
