2013 Toyota Prius c Four 4Dr Hatchback Crash Test Safety Ratings

The extended Toyota Prius line-up continues this year with only minor changes. Offered in the standard Prius, Prius Plug-In, the larger Prius v, and smaller Prius c, changes include a new style oriented Persona Series Special Edition model on the Base Prius. It will add 17-inch alloy wheels as well as a premium interior (featuring SofTex materials and dark chrome accents) and an exclusive exterior color choic--Black Cherry Pearl. Prius v sees one new color choice this year, Seaglass Pearl. As well, the v will offer a SofTex steering wheel. Prius Plug-in (Limited Availability) features both the normal hybrid capabilities as well as a selectable EV mode which provides about 87 MPGe (miles per gallon equivalent) in combined driving, or 49 MPG in hybrid mode alone. All models see a modest price increase at introduction (up to 200.00 more) over last year's ending MSRP.
