For 2012, the Jeep Liberty minor changes overall, but with a revised line-up, including the new Limited Jet and special edition Arctic trims. Limited and Sport trims continue for this year, and the popular Sport variant sees more available options for customers to choose from. New colors this year include Mineral Gray Metallic, as well as Canyon Brown, Rescue Green, True Blue, and Black Forest Green Pearlcoat. The Limited Jet features 20-inch polished aluminum wheels, special chrome exterior trim, nine-speaker premium sound system, theft-deterrent system, and rear park assist. It can be optioned with Dark Slate Gray leather seats with special stitching work, and power heated seats. Two four-wheel drive Jeep Trail Rated systems are offered: Command-Trac II and Selec-Trac II. A 3.7L V6 engine which produces 210 hp is standard on all Liberty models.
