The 2012 Suzuki Equator is carried over from last year and offered in an extended cab or crew cab bodystyle, with 2WD or 4WD. An integrated Garmin navigation system and stability control is standard on all V6 equipped trims. The Equator comes powered with either the 152-hp 2.5L I-4 engine or the optional 4.0L V6 engine, which produces 261-hp and 281 lb-ft of torque. Standard equipment includes four-wheel ABS brakes, a factory-applied spray-on bedliner, front side-impact airbags, and rear storage boxes. Available options on the Equator include leather seats, a premium stereo system, an MP3 player, a power moonroof, and several option packages.
