The Honda Ridgeline receives styling upgrades, a new Sport trim and improved highway fuel economy for 2012. It is available in five trims: RT, Sport, RTS, RTL, and RTL with Navigation System. Updates for this model year include a refreshed grille design, aerodynamic improvements, and friction reduction measures in the engine. The Ridgeline is powered by a 3.5L VTEC V6 engine mated to a five-speed electronically-controlled automatic transmission and a Variable Torque Management 4-wheel drive system (VTM-4). The new Sport trim adds black 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels, black honeycomb grille with black surround, leather wrapped steering wheel with audio controls, fog lights, rear privacy glass, all weather floor mats and black headlight and brake light housings.
