The 2012 Nissan Titan is carried over from last year with no changes and is available in King and Crew Cab bodystyles in 2WD or 4WD configurations, and several bed lengths. The line-up consists of S, SV, PRO-4X, and SL trims. A new Sport Appearance Package is offered for 2012 (on SV models only), as well as one new color: Brilliant Silver. The Titan is powered by a 5.6L V8 which is mated with a standard 5-speed automatic giving the vehicle a maximum towing capacity of 9500 lbs. (9400 lbs. on Crew Cab). The PRO-4X model features a special off-road equipment package which includes upgraded shocks, lower final gear ration, unique interior and exterior treatments and additional skid plates for underbody protection. Other convenience features offered include the Utili-track cargo management system, factory spray-in bedliner, and a lockable storage compartment on the side of the bed. Titan is offered with a flexible fuel engine which is alternatively designed to run on E85 Ethanol.
