The Nissan Frontier continues for 2012 with mostly equipment and package changes and is offered in over two dozen engine, bed and drive combinations in either Crew Cab or King Cab bodystyles. Updates consist of a new Sport Appearance Package on the SV trim, and standard 2-wheel brake limited slip and vehicle dynamic control on all four-cylinder equipped models. Three new exterior colors are also offered this year: Brilliant Silver, Metallic Blue and Lava Red. Other features include the availability of a factory spray-on bedliner and bed channel system, tube-style functional roof rack (Crew Cab only), Bluetooth connectivity, and optional Rockford Fosgate sound system. Frontier features modern and aggressive styling cues including large bumpers, short body overhangs, and angular fender flares.
