For 2012, Buick has reconfigured the Enclave line-up and eliminated the CX and CXL trim names. Enclave is now available in an expanded number of models with Base, Convenience, Leather, and Premium (1SB, 1SD, 1SL, and 1SN equipment packages, respectively). Other updates to the models include the addition of hill-hold assist brake technology and enhanced electronic pedal override. The pedal override will reduce power to the engine should the brake and gas pedal be depressed at the same time. An additional power outlet has been added to the center console. Two new exterior color choices are available: Crystal Red Tintcoat and Stone Gray Metallic will be available later in the model year.
