The 2012 GMC Acadia is available in four trims: SL, SLE, SLT, and Denali in either 2WD or AWD configurations. Updates for this model year include hill-hold assist braking technology is now standard on all models, an accessory power outlet was added to the center console, fog lamps and body-color side moldings are now standard on all SLE, SLT and Denali trims, and outside mirrors with integral spotter for blind zone has been added as a standard feature on SLT and Denali trims. There are two new exterior paint colors: Crystal Red Tintcoat and Stone Gray Metallic. The top-of-the-line Denali comes equipped with amenities such as unique front and rear fascias, HID headlamps, color-keyed rocker panel moldings, chrome accents, and dual chrome exhaust tips.
