The Honda Accord returns for 2012 with little change. It remains available in coupe or sedan bodystyles and several trims: EX, EX-L, LX, LX-P, and SE. Engine choices include a 177 to 190 (based on trim) horsepower 2.4L four-cylinder engine or a 3.5L i-VTEC V6 engine with Variable Cylinder Management (VCM) that produces 271 horsepower and 254 lb-ft of torque. The engines are mated to either a five-speed manual or a five-speed automatic transmission. A six-speed manual transmission is available exclusively on the EX-L V6 Coupe. Standard features on all models include all power conveniences, air conditioning, keyless remote entry, and an AM/FM radio with CD player and MP3 capabilities.
