The 2012 Audi TT continues in Base and TTS models, in coupe and convertible bodystyes, with no major changes. One new model--the high performance TT RS, has been added to the line-up this year. In 2011 the TT saw a minor refresh to the exterior and interior of the vehicle. The base engine for the TT is a 2.0L 211-hp TFSI engine mated to the standard S tronic dual clutch automatic transmission. A magnetic ride suspension (optional TT, standard TTS) features a continuously adaptive damping system with Sport and Normal modes. TTS sports a unique integrated fog light grille in "honeycomb optic" with chrome accents. An automatic retractable rear spoiler is standard. The TT RS has a 2.5L TFSI five-cylinder engine that generates 360 horsepower. With the quattro AWD system and six speed manual transmission, it reaches 60 mph in 4.1 seconds.
