The 2012 Kia Sedona continues in LX and EX trim levels. All models come powered by a 244 horsepower 3.8L V6 engine mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. Minor changes for this year include revised exterior color choices, updated electrochromatic rearview mirror, and an optional rear seat entertainment system on LX trims (previously only offered on EX). Standard amenities include all power conveniences, keyless remote entry, and privacy glass. The EX models adds to the standard list a garage door opener, heated outside mirrors, and roof rails. Safety features include tire pressure monitor, dual front airbags, front and rear head curtain airbags, and front side impact airbags. First introduced in 2002 and freshened again in 2006, the Sedona is now slated to be discontinued after this year.
