All-new for 2012, the Volkswagen Jetta GLI is a sportier version of the new Jetta sedan, and is offered in three trims--Base, Autobahn, and Autobahn with Navigation System. The GLI is powered by a 200hp turbo four-cylinder engine, and features details unique to the performance sedan. Such equipment includes an upgraded "track-tuned" suspension, available DSG automatic transmission with paddle shifters, XDS differential (offered first on the GTI) for better handling and reduced inside wheel spin during cornering, as well as four-wheel disc brakes with red-painted calipers. The GLI Autobahn comes with 18-inch wheels, sunroof, dual automatic climate control system, heated leatherette seats and a Fender Premium Audio System. The top-of-the line model also adds a nav system, as well as push button start. Also standard is a 6.5-inch touchscreen with integrated Bluetooth and iPod connectivity.
