All-new for 2011, the Jeep Wrangler is offered in three trim--Sport, Sahara, and Rubicon in either two-door or four-door (Unlimited) bodystyles. (70th Anniversary Edition models will be available mid-model year.) Changes this year include a revised interior with upgraded material use, as well as improved ergonomics and increased acoustics. A new 115-volt outlet, along with additional 12-volt outlets is now provided. New steering wheel mounted functions allow driver to control radio, hands-free phone, and cruise control. Sahara now comes with a color-keyed hardtop, and all models feature improved visibility through larger rear windows. Heated seats and automatic climate control are also added as standard. True to its roots, the Jeep Wrangler preserves the traditional off-road capability with a body-on-frame chassis construction, solid front and rear axles, and detachable doors.
