The 2011 Mazda CX-9 is available in six models: Sport, Touring, and Grand Touring in either 2WD or 4WD configurations. Updates for this model year include redesigned wheels and improved fuel economy. All models are powered by a 273 horsepower 3.7L V6 engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. New changes and additions include a facelift for the exterior as well as the interior, the addition of new options and reinforced safety features. Standard features across the board include all power conveniences, keyless remote entry, privacy glass, and a roof spoiler. The Touring upgrades the Sport with leather seat trim and power front-seat adjusters while the Grand Touring models also adds rain-sensing wipers, an anti-theft alarm system, a three-position memory driver's seat, Blind Spot Monitoring system, auto-dimming rearview mirror, the Mazda advanced keyless entry and start system.
