2011 GMC Sierra 2500 Crew Cab SLE 2WD Long Bed 4Dr Extended

For 2011, the GMC Sierra line is carried over from the previous model year with some changes, mostly to the HD models. The Sierra continues to be offered in Base Work Truck, XFE, SLE and SLT trims (a top-of-the-line Denali trim is also available, and offered for the first time on Sierra 2500). Updates for this year include a new Duramax diesel engine on HD models, which is rated at 397 hp and 765 lb.-ft of torque. HD models offer a towing capacity of up to 21,700 lbs. (fifth wheel equipped), with a conventional towing capacity of up to 17,000 lbs. All-new frames and suspensions have been used to support the revised powertrain and load capacities. A new "smart" exhaust braking feature and hill assist have been added for increased driver confidence towing larger loads.
