For 2011, the Honda Pilot is offered in twelve trims--LX, EX, EX-L (Leather), and Touring, with the leather-trimmed models also offered with a navigation and/or rear entertainment system. This year the Touring models feature standard navigation and rear DVD. Four-wheel drive models feature "Variable Torque Management (VTM-4)" which directs power as needed to the wheels with the most traction in rain, snow and other slippery road conditions. The standard 250-horsepower engine achieves added fuel efficiency through selective cylinder deactivation when full six-cylinder power is not needed (such as cruising or light acceleration). Second and third row bench seats split and fold in a 60/40 configuration, and the third row knee room was designed to comfortably fit an average sized adult.
