The redesigned 2010 Volvo C30 is available in two trims: T5 and R-Design. The exterior receives revised styling with new front fascia, fenders, hood, grille and headlights. The R-Design is now equipped with a Sport Chassis with 30% stiffer springs, 20% increased low-speed damping and 10% quicker steering ratio. Both models are powered by a 2.5-liter turbocharged five-cylinder engine generating 227 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to either a six-speed manual or a five-speed automatic transmission. Package updates include the addition of a HDD-based navigation system with real time traffic, remote control and map care to the Multimedia Package and the Preferred Package adds power glass sunroof. Volvo also adds one new exterior color to the C30: Orange Flame Metallic.
