The 2010 Mazda Tribute is available in four trims: i Sport, i Touring, i Grand Touring, and s Grand Touring. Largely unchanged for this year, minor updates include new temperature gauges for the HVAC, a garage door opener, and auto-dimming rearview mirror as standard on Grand Touring. All trims are available in either 2WD or 4WD configurations. The i models are equipped with a 171 horsepower 2.5L iVTC four-cylinder engine while the s models receive a 3.0L V6 that generates 240 horsepower and 223 lb-ft of torque. The I Sport 2.5L engine is mated to a five-speed manual while the other 2.5L and 3.0L engines are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. The Hybrid model was originally to be for sale in California, but no models were ultimately produced.
