The Dodge Viper returns for 2010 with changes related to celebrating the current SRT-10 model's final year of production. Offered in coupe and roadster bodystyles (with an optional American Club Racer Package); the current V-10 engine produces 600 horsepower and 560 lb-ft of torque. In its last year, only 500 vehicles will be built. Updates include two new exterior colors--Toxic Orange Pearl and Bright Silver Metallic, which are available in addition to 10 other colors. With the new choices, a customer may order one of 7600 possible appearance combinations for a unique vehicle build. A wider, dual racing stripe is available, as well as various limited edition models which will be forthcoming during the model year. Engineering changes are limited to a shorter fifth gear ration, and new short-throw shifter on the ACR model.
