The 2010 Chevrolet Avalanche continues in LS, LT and LTZ trims in either 2WD or 4WD. The model line is carried over from last year with only minor updates. Changes include USB connectivity in the center console (this allows for stored audio files to play through the vehicle audio system, as well as battery charging for some devices), and a single speed transfer case now standard on vehicles equipped with the four-wheel drive system (a two-speed transfer case is still optional). The LT level now comes with automatic climate control, power adjustable pedals, remote vehicle start, and heavy duty locking differential. Dark Blue, Silver Birch and Greystone Metallic have been replaced with Taupe Gray and Sheer Silver Metallic.
